Courtesies and Polices
Wedding packages are available for the bride and/or groom. The package that is selected requires a 50% deposit before or on the first visit to EG Salon. The packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Any additional product and/or services outside the selected package must be paid for on the date of visit. Any vouchers, online specials or coupons can not be used for special occassion hair services unless it is specifically noted in the special or promotion.
Note: We are currently booking 6-9 months in advance. A deposit must be received for us to hold the date for your wedding before regular standing appointments are scheduled.
Credit Card on File
A credit card must be kept on file for wedding functions. This credit card will only be used for incidentals such as late arrivals, no-shows, cancellations, etc. for anyone associated with the wedding party.
We ask that you arrive fifteen minutes prior to your scheduled service time. In order to accommodate service requests and appointment times for you and your bridal party, it is important that arrangements are confirmed with our bridal coordinator at least 30 days prior to the event. We understand that unforeseen situations can occur in the planning of any occasion and we will make every effort to meet your needs. Please note, however, that our salon services are often booked quite far in advance and changes within 30 days may not be possible based on availability. We greatly appreciate your efforts to finalize all service needs early in your planning process.

Cancellations, No-Shows and Confirmations
Service times will be confirmed approximately one week before the scheduled services, and a courtesy call will be made the evening before the scheduled appointments. Any appointment changes and/or cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the start time of the scheduled service(s) will be treated as a “no-show”. A “no-show” is charged to the credit card on file for the full service amount.
It is imperative that services start on time for the wedding day. Our staff must be given an appropriate amount of time for the services that are scheduled for you and/or your wedding party. Late arrivals add an additional level of stress, and also effect the appointments that follow the wedding party.
